Shipping Information
Shipping is free on all orders throughout New Zealand .
When your goods are ready, there final destination before they are shipped is the Valuer. The Gemmological Laboratory will complete the valuation on the order and will verify that the item that they are valuing coincides with what you have ordered. The goods will then be sealed and signed off by both the Valuer and myself and will be packaged for delivery to you.
The shipping carrier we use within New Zealand :
• Courier Post
All Items will be sent using the Signature required packets. The package will require a signature upon delivery. These requirements are for your security.
Goods being shipped outside new Zealand
Orders will be sent using a worldwide courier service, such as Federal Express or DHL. Signature will be required upon delivery.
The shipping cost will depend upon the country the goods are being shipped to.

All goods are fully insured from leaving Diamonds Forever NZ® Ltd to the moment it arrives at your door.
Here at DFNZ we understand that in many cases your jewellery purchase is for an engagement or special occasion. For this reason we can fast track your order, or ship it to an address other than your home so that you are still able to maintain the element of surprise.
