Denva & Robbie’s Wedding

Hi Jayne,

We’ve got our photo’s back, and thought we’d share a couple of pics with you.  The rings were brilliant, and are still very sparkly (I’m trying to be very good and clean them regularly!!), not sure I’m cut out to be a hand model though!!. rings.jpg

We had a fantastic day though, as you can see.

Our wedding was held at Cossars Wine Shed, Tai Tapu, Christchurch.  We had such a fantastic few days whilst our families visited from the North Island, they were able to enjoy spending time in Canterbury (our new home post the EQ’s) with us.

All our photo locations were just 2km from the venue, and we found a great place to get ready at (and stay afterwards) at the Tai Tapu Creamery, which doubled as an amazing location for photo’s on the day.

Thanks so much for helping make our engagement and wedding very special.  I often get comments about our rings, which are our every day reminders of our fantastic wedding.

Regards, and thanks for all of your help with choosing rings and getting everything sorted.

Mike & Katie’s Proposal

Wednesday, June 26th, 2013

Hey Jayne,

Everything went perfectly; I had told Katie that we were heading up to Mangawhai heads to my Aunties batch and needed to leave home very early to catch my auntie before she goes to work to grab the batch keys.  Just before we turned off at the Airport turn off I told her “I have a confession, we are not going to Mangawhai” (should have seen the stunned look on her face) I  give her a series of  travel related clues, the third one being tickets to cairns and a fake letter stating I had won a top sellers competition which included accommodation, rental car and spa package.

She was a whole mix of emotions (and had no clue it was a trip for anything more) I managed to sneak away from her  at the airport  to pick up the ring, I even came back with another distraction/clue.  Koru lounge passes.

She was blown away when we checked into the beachfront resort “Angsana” at Palm Cove, I had booked a 90 minute spa package for her right away so I could go about my business talking to the restaurant staff, picking up the essential wine and something to drink to calm the pre proposal nerves.

I had told Katie that we should eat at the restaurant tonight after our long flight and when we arrived the wait staff offered us the beach front dining option (which I had already arranged but got them to down play it) Katie just thought it was something they do… We had a private table on the sand, under palm trees an amazing view of the beach, wine and the best service I have ever had! Even with all of this going on Katie didn’t suspect anything!

We had an amazing meal and then I managed to drop onto one knee and pop the question (after a little speech)… She was blown away and did say YES! Which is the most important thing, the lighting was awesome for the Ring to sparkle at her.

We spent the next day out at the Great Barrier Reef scuba diving. So all in all an amazing proposal trip!

Thank you so much for the time, effort and most of all the patience you have shown me.  The Ring went down a treat and has allowed Katie to show it off confidently…

Mat and Emma’s Wedding

Wednesday, June 19th, 2013

Hi Jayne,

Feels like so long ago now, but we had such a wonderful wedding day and just wanted to send a quick message to say thanks once again for our beautiful rings, and for making the whole process so carefree!

We thought you might like to see some photos!

Emma & Mat were married at the scenic location of Castaways, south of Auckland on the 23rd February 2013

It was one of the brightest, hottest days in February we had experienced, but it didn’t stop anyone from having a great time.

Emma & Mat are dedicated to keeping NZ beautiful, and everything from their wedding, from dresses to decorations, was from a NZ supplier, hand-made and/or reusable or recyclable.

They gave their guests little potted native plants to take home and plant to remember their day, and enjoy, and their cake was made from NZ made cheese. Their wine was sourced from a Hawke’s Bay boutique winery Moana Park. Every detail had been carefully thought out and considered. Their reception room was transformed into a low light NZ forest of sorts – SO cool!

rfi45zwg.jpgEmma & Mat included their beautiful dog Bailey in the ceremony, who of course stole the show – Mat had hand-made the collar and lead that Bailey wore to present their rings to them.

After some amazing speeches, and the world’s most hilarious MC, Mike Heard, they partied it up on the dance-floor with their amazing band.

Congratulations Emma & Mat!

I have been meaning to email you since early January but kept getting side tracked.
We got engaged on Christmas eve and she is absolutely delighted with the ring as am I.

The holidays have gone by quickly and although I wanted to take all of January off the housing
Market has decided it is going to start early….but I’m not complaining

Joshua is changing everyday and we love the smiles we get every morning that he wakes up
Look forward to catching up for a wine sometime soon.

Warm regards
Dan

Hi Jayne
Thank you so much for the beautiful ring.  I am sitting here admiring how beautiful it is.  I don’t think I have seen Sam so enthusiastic about anything like he was when I got home and showed him.  It really compliments the engagement ring and I know everyone will love it!
